Grant Development, Research, Writing & Consultation
There are a variety of ways to partner with Effective Grants, LLC and all services can be customized to meet your unique needs.
-
Our goal is to position your grant development so that you can create a sustainable grants program that addresses the financial needs of your annual programming. Whether this is a preliminary assessment, targeted grants research, mentoring, or oversight for your year-round program, we are happy to learn more about your needs and develop a targeted approach.
-
We can provide technical assistance tailored to the needs of individual applicants and/or in group settings to help each nonprofit assess their eligibility for your grants program as well as assist them with the preparation of high-quality letters of inquiry and/or proposals.
-
Grant Development
We assess grant readiness, identify barriers to effective grant development and develop solutions. We lead grants planning to define organizational priorities that are grant fundable, and conduct prospect research, funder cultivation & stewardship, and lead all proposal writing and submission.
-
Grant Training
Through 1:1 and small group workshops, key staff (whether administrative or development) can learn the role grant development plays in your organization’s fundraising as well as the basic skills for effective grant writing including how to develop your annual workplan, conduct funder research, and create compelling proposals & attachments.
